JCOTS has formed three subcommittees
for the 2008 Interim:
- Open Education Resources: This subcommittee will continue the
work of the Open Education Advisory Committee established in 2007.
- HB 2821 (Sickles) Personal Identifying Information Subcommittee:
The JCOTS/Freedom of Information Advisory Council subcommittee will
look at social security numbers, personal identification information,
and other privacy issues.
- JCOTS Executive Committee: This subcommittee is comprised of
JCOTS legislative members and will review staff research and other
special projects. The legislative members are as follows:
- Delegate May
- Delegate Nixon
- Delegate Cosgrove
- Delegate Plum
- Senator Howell
- Senator Watkins
